Assessment – Interview you and/or your key team members and take an inventory of the hardware and software you are currently utilizing to determine if it is adequate or needs improvement.
Planning – Provide you with hardware, software and networking budget and recommendations. These recommendations will be based on our interview(s) and assessment results. All recommendations will be focused on reducing your costs and/or increasing your revenue by leveraging new technology.
Installation – Provide you with a project schedule for the implementation of these recommendations. After you have agreed to the project schedule we will install and configure the technology recommended in the planning process and provide you and/or your team with training on the new technology.
Technical Support – Initial post installation support will be provided and long term support contracts are also available. We can place an icon on each of your computers that will allow you to simply click to initiate a technical support session.
